Saab divests NVH business to Siemens


Saab sharpens its business focus in Germany by divesting the noise, vibration and harshness (NVH) business.

Saab Medav Technologies GmbH, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saab AB, has signed an agreement to divest its end-of-line industrial quality testing business to the Product Lifecycle Management Software division of Siemens AG, by way of an asset deal. The NVH business comprises technology, including intellectual property rights, and a team of experienced engineers. The transaction is expected to be completed in the second calendar quarter 2019.
