By acquiring a 20% shareholding in Relevo GmbH, Duni Group strengthens its offering of take-away packaging
Founded in 2020, Relevo GmbH has developed and offers a digital system for reusable packaging for take-away and delivery of food and beverages. In the framework of a seed financing round, Duni AB (publ) acquired a 20% shareholding in the company. As an industrial lead investor, and through active collaboration, Duni Group will support the further growth of Relevo and its solutions.
The Duni Group, headquartered in Malmö, Sweden, is a market leader in attractive, sustainable and convenient products for table top concepts, creative packaging and take-away solutions.
