Hemsö has acquired another development project in Germany. The properties will comprise office spaces of about 7,000 sqm, laboratory spaces of about 9,600 sqm and a parking garage with 600 parking places on about 4,100 sqm. The constructions works have already begun and are estimated to be completed in the end of 2018. The buildings shall be certified according to the German DGNB-standard and shall also obtain a LEED-certificate. The properties were sold by Aurelis Real Estate. Tenant will be the agency for environmental, nature and consumer protection in the state of Nordrhein-Westfalen.
