The seller, Merkur Development Holding GmbH will erect an extension to the existing building (used as elderly care home) on the property. The new part of the building is intended for use by day-care-patients and assisted living. The constructions works are estimated to be completed in the end of 2018. The home is operated by AWO Hessen-Süd.
