In the course of the hearing regarding the establishment of a joint service centre of the police forces of the federal states Berlin, Brandenburg, Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt and Thuringia regarding the surveillance of telecommunication (Drucks 6/10271 ) Nils rendered his expert opinion on the draft legislation and answered questions of the member of parliaments in particular regarding surveillance of telecommunication and privacy.
