AAT is a leading manufacturer and supplier of powered stair climbing solutions and electric add-on drive and push aids, primarily in the field of rehabilitation (wheelchairs) but also for cargo. The company was acquired from the two private founders who will remain on board in order to facilitate the transition. REAC was advised by kallan in this transaction. The kallan team included Oliver Cleblad, Manuel Haack, Julia Loos, Clemens Vidal, Malte Woock and Till Schönherr.
