Semcon AB from Göteborg, Sweden, has divested its Engineering Services division in Germany to Finish Valmet Automotive Inc.
The division comprises of several operative companies being active in the field of design, engineering and consulting services for OEM automotive manufacturers, in particular with headquarter in Germany, and their suppliers. The transaction included the disentanglement of entities engaged in the business of product information for vehicles, which Semcon will continue to operate also in Germany. Semcon was advised by kallan in this transaction. The kallan team included Oliver Cleblad, Dr. Christian Bloth, Clemens Vidal and Manuel Haack.
