Our team of specialist employment lawyers advise national and foreign clients in all matters of individual and collective employment law in Germany, including the employment law aspects of corporate transactions.

We have well-established long-term relationships with many of our clients, allowing us to provide them with swift, appropriate and highly effective support. Contact persons are mainly responsible managers and HR departments.


Scope of our services are every day labour law matters as drafting of employment contracts, support and advise in separation matters but also regarding remuneration, including bonus schemes. Of course we represent our clients in labour courts all over Germany. In particular in Germany data protection in employment law is of importance and subject of negotiations in employment contracts and collective agreements and data transfer within group of companies. We further support and represent our clients in negotiations with works councils in restructuring and other collective matters.
