Our lawyers specialising in the field of employment law advise German and foreign companies at the highest professional level on all issues of individual and collective employment law - including representation in negotiations of reconciliation of interests and social compensation plans - but also on employment law aspects of company acquisitions and transfers of business undertakings.

 

Furthermore, we advise managing directors, executives and employees working in management on the drafting of employment contracts as well as in the event of termination of cooperation with the company. Part of our employment law expertise is advice in the area of insolvency employment law but also, of course, representation in litigation.
